Is there a minimum contract length?

Basic and Premier packages are available month-to-month with no lock-in. Elite and Managed Services engagements typically start with a 3-month initial term to allow for proper onboarding and baseline-setting. Annual billing receives a 15% discount on all tiers.

What is the difference between a package and T&M?

Packages give you a predictable monthly cost, priority availability, and an ongoing engagement relationship. T&M is billed per hour and is best for one-time projects, assessments, or situations where scope is variable. For ongoing advisory needs, packages are more cost-effective.

How does the Managed Services option differ from Elite?

Elite is a high-support advisory package with 40 hours/month of dedicated engagement and strategic services. Managed Services is full IT operations outsourcing — where Meerakale becomes your IT department, managing your environment end-to-end with a custom scope, SLA framework, and pricing based on your environment's size and complexity.

Do packages include onsite support?

All packages include onsite support availability within the service area, billed separately at the package's discounted hourly rate. Travel outside the primary service area (Austin, TX) and U.S./APAC project-based work is scoped and quoted per engagement.
