Let's discuss your infrastructure priorities, service delivery challenges, or AIOps readiness. No generic pitch — just a practical conversation.
Meerakale Technology Consulting brings deep experience in infrastructure operations, managed services, AI & AIOps advisory, transition management, ITSM, and program execution.
Meerakale Technology Consulting is a founder-led IT consulting practice focused on helping organizations improve the way their technology services are run, governed, and delivered — including the adoption of AI-driven operational capabilities.
The firm's approach is shaped by more than two decades of experience leading infrastructure operations, service delivery, transitions, migrations, compliance-focused execution, and global support models across enterprise and mid-market environments.
Rather than selling generic technology advice or overpromising AI transformation, the focus is on practical execution: stabilizing operations, improving service workflows, building the operational foundation that makes AIOps work, and helping leadership make better decisions with clearer visibility.
24+ years across infrastructure operations, global delivery, ITSM, transition management, and enterprise projects
Experience supporting Fortune 500, regulated, and operationally complex environments including Infosys and Cognizant
Hands-on experience with AIOps tools including Splunk ITSI, ServiceNow ITOM, and AI-driven monitoring platforms
Founder-led engagement model with direct accountability and senior-level involvement in every engagement
AI makes IT operations smarter — but only when the operational foundation is solid. The work is getting both right.
Recommendations must be realistic and implementable. The measure of good advice is whether it works in the real environment.
IT — and AI within IT — should support service quality, risk reduction, and growth. Every recommendation is made with the business outcome in mind.
Enough structure to stay in control without slowing progress — including the right governance guardrails for AI-driven automation in regulated environments.
Simple reporting, clear status, and honest decision support. No AI hype, no overpromising — just practical, measurable progress.
Let's have a practical conversation about your environment, your challenges, and what better IT execution could look like for your business.
Every service follows the same format and the same founder-led delivery standard. AI & AIOps is a core service line, not a separate product.
What it is: Five focused service offerings covering AIOps readiness assessment, intelligent monitoring and observability, AI-enhanced ITSM and incident management, AIOps governance and compliance integration, and tool evaluation and vendor selection.
Why it matters: AIOps tools generate alerts, predictions, and automation triggers — but they need operational governance, process maturity, and delivery discipline to act on those signals effectively. That is where 24 years of IT infrastructure delivery experience becomes the differentiator.
Business value: Measurable MTTR reduction, lower alert noise, AI-ready ITSM data quality, compliant automation governance, and objective tool selection aligned to your environment — not vendor marketing.
What it is: Operational review, support model assessment, service workflow recommendations, KPI structure, and improvement roadmap — including AI readiness evaluation as part of the operational assessment.
Why it matters: Weak operational foundations lead to recurring incidents, unclear ownership, and reactive support cultures — and they are also the primary barrier to successful AIOps adoption.
Business value: Improved operational control, reduced avoidable disruption, better service visibility, and an operations model ready to benefit from AI-driven intelligence.
What it is: Process design and improvement for incident, change, request, and problem management — including ServiceNow AI module advisory (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search) and how ITSM process quality determines the effectiveness of AI-driven automation.
Why it matters: AI can triage and route incidents automatically — but only if incident categories are well-defined and historical data is clean. ITSM process improvement and AI integration are the same workstream.
What it is: Plan and manage operational transitions, knowledge transfer, support handovers, and the move from transition phase into stable BAU operations — including monitoring continuity during transition windows.
Why it matters: Transitions often fail because documentation is weak, ownership is unclear, and knowledge transfer is rushed. AIOps configurations and alert baselines are also at risk during poorly managed transitions.
What it is: Support for data center migration, server consolidation, messaging modernization, platform upgrades, and hybrid operating model improvements — including planning for observability and monitoring continuity in the target state.
Why it matters: Legacy environments create operational drag, higher costs, and more support complexity — and they impede AIOps adoption. Most modern AIOps platforms require cloud or hybrid infrastructure to deliver full value.
What it is: Structured planning and execution for infrastructure projects, multi-workstream programs, migrations, remediation efforts, and AI/AIOps implementation programs.
Why it matters: Important IT initiatives slow down when risks are not tracked, milestones are unclear, and stakeholders don't stay aligned. AIOps implementations face the same risks as any infrastructure program.
What it is: Governance of internal teams and third-party providers through SLA management, KPI reporting, review forums, escalation control, and performance accountability — including AIOps platform vendor governance frameworks.
What it is: Audit readiness, control evidence, risk mitigation, and operational documentation — including audit trail requirements for AI-driven automated actions in PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 environments.
What it is: Microsoft 365 / Exchange migrations, legacy messaging modernization, email security, archiving, and collaboration support operating models.
What it is: Operational resilience through failover planning, backup and recovery, DR readiness, and service continuity — including AI-assisted resilience modelling for organisations adopting predictive infrastructure management.
Senior-level guidance for SMB and mid-market businesses — covering IT governance, vendor management, ITSM, delivery direction, and AIOps strategy. Growing businesses need experienced IT leadership before they are ready for a full-time Director hire.
Let's talk through your environment and identify the highest-impact place to begin — including whether AI and AIOps should be part of your near-term roadmap.
Cross-sector delivery experience with particular strength in environments where uptime, governance, compliance, and operational continuity matter most.
High-availability operations, compliance-sensitive infrastructure, capacity planning, and delivery governance in PCI-DSS environments. AIOps for real-time payment system anomaly detection is an emerging priority.
Regulated operations, global delivery coordination, change control, and operational risk awareness. AI-driven alert correlation and predictive capacity management are active investment areas.
Multi-site, business-critical operations where service continuity and responsiveness directly impact trading. Predictive infrastructure monitoring during peak trading periods is a key AIOps use case.
GxP, HIPAA, SOX, audit readiness, FDA validation support, and documentation-heavy operations. AI governance and audit trail requirements for AI-automated actions are critical in this sector.
Infrastructure and messaging support across distributed sites, migrations, and business continuity. IT-OT convergence and AI-driven infrastructure monitoring are emerging as operational requirements.
Founder-led advisory for businesses that need better IT structure, vendor oversight, and service improvement — including practical AIOps readiness guidance for first-time AI adopters.
Let's discuss your sector, operating environment, and where improvement would have the most impact.
A founder-led IT consulting practice combining enterprise delivery experience, AIOps advisory, and direct accountability on every engagement.
When you engage Meerakale, you work directly with the founder — 24+ years of delivery experience, not a project coordinator.
Infrastructure strategy, hands-on operational understanding, and AIOps advisory that bridges AI technology and IT operational reality.
AIOps advisory built on real experience with Splunk, ServiceNow ITOM, and AI-driven monitoring — not on marketing materials or analyst reports.
Fortune 500, global, and regulated environments — PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, ITGC — the complexity that smaller consultancies haven't worked through at scale.
Every recommendation — including AI adoption — accounts for the business environment, team capacity, compliance requirements, and realistic implementation path.
Structured reporting, clear status, honest decision support. No AI hype, no overpromising — just measurable, practical progress.
